Colline Design is a full-service interior design agency based in Oslo, Norway. We are the data controller for the personal information we process through this website and our services.

When you use our contact form or start a conversation with us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, information about your property and your project.

If you upload plans, photographs or other material to your private project page, we process that material to plan and deliver the project.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver design projects, send you offers and relevant follow-ups, and to improve our services.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and developing the studio, and, where applicable, the performance of a contract with you.

We share personal information only with suppliers and partners who help us deliver projects — for example craftsmen, carpenters and furniture suppliers — and only to the extent necessary.

We never sell personal information.

We keep your information as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and in line with Norwegian bookkeeping legislation where applicable.

Project material is normally deleted or archived at the end of the customer relationship.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also object to our processing or request restriction of it.
